Mission Statement

Our mission is to rescue men from the mundane of life both personally and spiritually. We want to restore men’s hearts to the Fathers. So they can lead their families well and thrive. We want to build relationships that pull men out of isolation and into a brotherhood. Where men can be vulnerable and honest about what they truly are struggling with.

Why is this important?

In the Bible, the word Gibborim appears over 150 times and refers to a variety of people and things, including:

David's Mighty Warriors: A group of 37 men who fought with King David, also known as the Gibborim. They are identified in 2 Samuel 23:8-38.

Nimrod: A mighty warrior and hunter described in
Genesis 10:8-9.

We want to take young lions and turn them into hunters. Hunters into soldiers. Soldiers into the leaders god is calling them to be.

  Lions: Mentioned in Proverbs 30:30.

  Hunters: Mentioned in Genesis 10:9.

  Soldiers: Mentioned in Jeremiah 51:30.

  Leaders: Mentioned in Daniel 11:3.

The Hebrew word gibbor means "strong, mighty" and is used in modern Hebrew to describe heroes or champions.

Our Foundation

We believe the Bible to be the inspired, only, infallible, inerrant, authoritative Word of God.
We believe in the One True God, the Sovereign, eternal Creator of all that exists, both seen and unseen. God is eternally existent in three persons, yet one God: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in His personal return in power and glory.
We believe God created mankind in His image. Adam and Eve, the first human beings, chose to rebel against God and go their own way. As a result, all of mankind became separated from God; the image of God in man was distorted; mankind became subject to the power of the devil; and the sinful nature was passed on to all their progeny. Because of original sin, unregenerate human beings are incapable of pleasing or commending themselves to God. The only remedy for mankind's pitiful predicament is redemption through faith in Jesus Christ.
We believe that when a person exercises saving faith in Christ he passes, immediately, out of spiritual death into spiritual life and from the old creation into the new, a new nature and a new heart imparted; being justified freely by grace, he is accepted before the Father as Christ, His Son, is accepted and loved as Christ is loved, having his place and portion linked to Christ and one with Christ—forever.
We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a godly life.
We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost—they who are saved unto the resurrection of life and they who are lost unto the resurrection of damnation.
We believe in the spiritual unity of believers in our Lord Jesus Christ.

    FOUNDER

A passionate follower of Christ and the founder of Gibborim. Married to Emily, the love of his life, for over a decade, she is God’s perfect gift to me—my Eve and my greatest encourager. Together, we are raising three amazing children: Oliver, Miles, and Hattie. Our family’s story is one of restoration and renewal, and we seek to share the hope of that transformation with others.

My journey hasn’t been easy, but through trials, redemption, and the healing power of Jesus, I’ve discovered my mission: to help men break free from the mundane and step into the purpose God has for them.

After years of battling shame, addiction, and brokenness, I found my true identity in the Lord—He has called me “Dangerous.” This name reminds me daily that I am a warrior in His Kingdom, uniquely equipped to stand against darkness and walk others into freedom.

I’m living proof of God’s ability to redeem brokenness and create beauty from ashes, and I want you to know: there’s hope, healing, and freedom for you too.
